Connect an access-control system or any paid tool and you pay that provider directly at their rate. BeckonDesk adds no marketplace fee and takes no cut. Sanctions screening, Teams notifications, and calendar pre-registration are included at no extra cost.

Do you charge per visitor?
No. You’re billed per location, whether a site sees ten visitors a week or ten thousand.
Is sanctions screening included?
Yes, on every plan and during the trial, at no extra cost. We use the public OFAC, UN, EU, US and UK lists, so there’s no license to pass on.
Who pays for paid integrations?
You do, directly to that vendor, at their price. We don’t mark them up or lock them behind a tier.
Do you store biometric data?
No. BeckonDesk doesn’t use facial recognition or store biometric identifiers, sign-in is name, ID check, and badge. That keeps you clear of US state biometric-privacy laws.
How are multiple sites priced?
$79 per location, per month. Add or remove sites anytime. Large estates move to Command, priced on locations and support level.
Is there a free plan or a contract?
There is no free plan. You start with a 30-day free trial, every feature, no credit card. When the trial ends the account becomes read-only until you subscribe. After that it’s $79 per location, per month; cancel anytime before renewal. Command is a custom agreement.
